Susie started practising yoga when she was 33, with a small child. It helped her to keep calm and balanced then and now still 18 years later.
Her background is in Iyengar yoga, and she prefers this style of yoga because it is slower, using props to find the proper alignment that helps to reach the pose in the best possible way at the particular level of the student. Susie is currently teacher training for certification within the Iyengar Association
Graham Lloyd has had a passionate interest in yoga since the 1980s, experiencing various styles.
This has led him to Iyengar Yoga, which he has now been practising for the past 10 years. He started teacher training within this system around 2010, and hopes to become certified when timing permits.
For Graham yoga is a limitless study with physical, mental and spiritual benefits to enhance general wellbeing and that is worth sharing!

Pam has been practising and teaching yoga in the Wellington area for over 30 years. She has studied under senior Iyengar teachers including Shandor Remete, John Leebold, Felicity Green and at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Insititute in Pune, India. She holds an Iyengar introductory level teaching certificate.
Pam is a regular substitute teacher at Wellington Yoga Centre filling in when another teacher is away.
